The first daughter Ivanka Trump has moved into a different city just to help her father President Donald Trump and work closely with her husband Jared Kushner who serves as the special counselor to the President.
With starting an altogether different life Ivanka Trump has started this phase by shifting into a new house. The address of the new house of Ivanka is 2449 Tracy Place NW, in Kalorama. And well if you feel the address looks familiar you are right the quiet neighbor hood has maintained a population of other prestigious government officials and politicians. Right from senator Ted Kennedy to now Barrack Obama– all of them reside in this neighbor hood.
The six-room, seven-shower house was initially built in 1923 by architect Waddy Wood and sold at the turn of 2017 for $5.5 million—despite the fact that it’s misty in the event whether Ivanka and Jared acquired it or are simply leasing it.
This living room is furnished with present day workmanship and contemporary furniture, bringing somewhat New York City flavor toward the Northwest D.C. neighborhood of Kalorama. For security, the primary principle floor of the living space is lifted from road level, with greenery somewhat blocking scenes into this room.
The insides of the house was remodeled in 2013 and the rooms were designed in such a way highlighting the strong feature of the house- natural sunlight.
At 6,780 square feet, the house has adequate space for large and bright master bedroom that also has a terrace, a marble fireplace and 2 walk in closets.
With three children in the house less than five years old, this open space with a way to the outside could fill in as their den, or it may be changed into an activity space or yoga studio.
