Binnall started his career as an attorney who focuses on business and non-profit law, international disputes, civil litigation, appellate litigation, parliamentary law and procedure, election law, virtual currencies, and white collar defense.

Early Life
Jesse Ryan Binnall was born on June 18, 1979, in Pomona, California. In 2001, Binnall earned his B.A. in communications from George Mason University. In 2009, Binnall graduated with his J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law. After graduating, Binnall started to work at Fiske & Harvey, PLLC as a law clerk.

In 2009, Binnall clerked in the Fairfax Circuit Court for the judge Jonathan C. Thacher.
In 2010, Binnall worked as a partner in a law firm serving small business and individuals, Bromley & Binnall, PLLC for four years. In 2012, For Ron Paul’s 2012 Presidential campaign, Binnall was the defense attorney for Dimitri Kesari. In 2014, Binnall joined as a partner in the law firm of Harvey & Binnall, PLLC, where he specializes in civil litigation, in appellate litigation, election law, business, and nonprofit law, international disputes, virtual currencies, and white-collar defense, parliamentary law, and procedure. Binnall made a career as a certified professional parliamentarian in 2015.

In July 2016, Binnall joined Donald Trump’s Presidential Campaign 2016 as parliamentary procedure expert. Since 2008, Binnall testified as an expert witness for the Trump campaign against the RNC rules committee member, Curly Haugland. Binnall testified that Curly Haugland’s opinion was in the minority among Republicans those who set convention rules, according to the report of the Associated Press.
