Ivana Trump was born Ivana Marie Zelníčková on February 20, 1949, in Gottwaldov, Moravia, Czechoslovak Republic. Most of her childhood was spent in Czechoslovakia, where she was a competitive skier before she became a model. She claims herself to be a socialite and is famous for her second marriage to Donald Trump.Along with that, she is equally famous for flaunting bikini irrespective of her age.
EARLY LIFE
Ivana trump was born to Miloš Zelníček and Marie Francová. She was keen on skiing from an early age. She began skiing competitively at an age of six. She continued to ski during college and stated she had been selected as an alternate for her country’s ski team for the 1972 Olympics; however, her statement has been questioned for its legitimacy since there is no record of her being on the list. She has attended Charles University in Prague.In 1988 she became a naturalised U.S. citizen.
PERSONAL LIFE
Ivana married real estate agent Alfred Winklmayr in 1971. He is an Austrian skier. Their relationship resulted in a divorce only after three years.She moved to Canada with her childhood friend George Syrovatka. She then worked as a model for some of Canada’s top four companies.
In New York, she met Donald Trump when she was having dinner with her close acquaintances. Donald insisted on paying the tab. On April 7, 1977, she married Donald in a lavish society wedding. Donald and Ivana Trump became leading figures in New York society during the 1980s. They set to work on several massive projects, including the renovation of the Grand Hyatt Hotel and construction of the Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey and the Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. They had three children: Donald John Jr (born December 31, 1977), Ivanka Marie (born October 30, 1981), and Eric Fredrick (born January 6, 1984).Ivana Trump has eight grandchildren being the mother-in-law of Lara Yunaska, Vanessa Trump and Jared Kushner.

Ivana took a major role in the Trump Organization. She became the Vice President of Interior Design for the company. She was named Hotelier of the Year in 1990. Her work at the Plaza would be the zenith of her work within the Trump Organization. Her husband, Donald Trump had an extramarital affair with former beauty queen Marla Maples which led to the divorce of the two. Not long after her divorce from Donald, Ivana married Riccardo Mazzucchelli. The marriage was dissolved before two years had elapsed, and she filed a $15 million breach of contract suit against Mazzucchelli for violating the confidentiality clause in their prenuptial agreement. The suit was settled out of court.
In April 2008, Ivana, then 59, married Rossano Rubicondi, then 36. The $3 million wedding for 400 guests was hosted by Donald at his Mar-a-Lago estate. Trump’s daughter Ivanka was her maid of honour. She filed a legal separation agreement three months previously; she has stated in interviews that she and her husband have an on-off again relationship.
WORK LIFE
She signed on with the William Morris Agency and developed lines of clothing, fashion and beauty products which have been quite a success. She has penned bestselling books, including the novels For Love Alone, Lucy Wilkins and Free to Love and a self-help book The Best Is Yet to Come: Coping with Divorce and Enjoying Life Again.
She has also done a cameo role in the film The First Wives Club. In 2010, she participated in the UK’s Celebrity Big Brother.
CONTROVERSY
Donald Trump cheated on Ivana with Marla Maples and the couple separated through a much-publicised divorce in 1992. However, even after all this, the couple gets along well and Donald Trump even seeks campaign advice from Ivana.
In 1996, she made a cameo in The First Wives Club, with the now-legendary line, “Ladies, you have to be strong and independent, and remember…Don’t get mad. Get everything!”
