Audrey Ann Pence is the daughter of US Vice President Mike Pence and his wife Karen Pence, who is a teacher and educator. Audrey has two elder siblings Mike and Charlotte.
Audrey is a liberal unlike her Vice President dad and voted the split ticket in 2012 election. She is a student of Journalism and learning Arabic. She loves to shoot with her father Mike Pence. Also, her father has no problem with Audrey’s political views.
Audrey Pence voted for the first time when she was 18 years old and in senior high school. She also voted for father because he proved himself to Audrey.
Audrey has a very strong relationship with her father and admits that her father gives her the utter respect. Mike Pence often said that he is proud of his youngest daughter and her different views. Audrey supports gay marriage in contrast to her father.
Pence has been featured in an article “An American Journalist in Turkey” which says Audrey has a strong enthusiasm to learn about the world. It’s her mantra to know many places and different people. She is a student of “International affairs major” and worked for nonprofit organization in Turkey named Fuller Project for International Reporting.
She wrote many stories and covering issues while she was in Turkey which were published in CNN International, New York Times and Elle Magazine with her byline. The major stories were Armenian Genocide and bride kidnapping.
In 2014 Audrey spent about a month in Jordan to learn Arabic. Being multilingual would really help her to be a great international journalist.
Pence lives in Boston, Massachusetts and studies in Northeastern University for International Affairs Washington D.C, Indianapolis according to her Facebook and Instagram page. A photo from inside train in the New York City is her profile picture in Facebook.
According to Solutions Audrey was planning to join “Join Center for Solutions” in Washington D.C in 2015 as an intern to study international conflict and negotiations.
Audrey grew up in political family environment because she has followed her father in his many political campaigns when he was congressman; after that he was Governor if Indiana. Mike Pence was a talk radio host before his political career.
Her views on Donald Trump’s administration doesn’t bother Mike. VP Mike was a Marine Corps officer when he was 23 years old. He graduated from Hanover College in 1981. Also, in 1986 Mike got his Journalism Degree from Indiana University. Audrey’s Sister Charlotte was at DePaul University studying Digital Cinema and graduated in 2016.
Mike is married to his wife Karen for more than three long decades with three children. Audrey’s mother Karen is a teacher for more than twenty-five years. Karen Pence was graduated from Butler University earning B.S and M.S degree in Elementary education. She married Mike in 1985. Pence family is too religious.
