The technique of climax and orgasm for men and women while having sex

Forget any sexual stereotype you’ve heard because the secret to making sex more pleasurable – for both men and women – is romanticism, according to a new study.

An investigation carried out by the Center for the Promotion of Sexual Health of the University of Indiana (United States) has discovered that hugs, caresses and passionate kisses are fundamental to reach the climax.

Researchers surveyed both men and women about their favorite sexual practices to reach that conclusion.

“Contrary to what some stereotypes say, the most desirable sexual practices, even for men, are romantic and passionate,” says Professor Debby Herbenick, lead author of the study. “These behaviors include more kisses, caresses and tender comments to create a romantic environment before sex.”

The study, published in the scientific journal PLOS One , highlights the results obtained in the Sexual Exploration in America Study survey , which brought together a representative sample of 975 men and 1046 women from all parts of the United States to respond anonymously if they had tried certain sexual practices. In addition, the researchers studied the degree of attractiveness for the subjects each of the almost 50 sexual practices that covered the study.

These data serve to highlight the importance of couples talking more freely about their sexual desires.

The researchers found that many of the 2000 participants had carried out more than 30 different sexual practices, some of which were quite common. Curiously, although they had experienced so many sexual practices and described them as interesting, there were far fewer that they had done in the past month or last year.

“These data serve to highlight the importance of couples talking more freely about their sexual desires and their tastes, so they may discover new forms of romanticism that allow them to enhance their sexual satisfaction and the happiness of the relationship,” concludes the Professor Debby Herbenick.
