Logan Browning is an American Actress born on June 9, 1989 in Atlanta, Georgia. Her parents are Larry Browning (Father) and Lynda Browning (Mother).

Browns most successful and well-known role as an actress was in the movie Bratz: The Movie as Sasha, Meet the Browns as Brianna, Hit the Floor TV series as Jelena Howard and in Powers as Zora.

She was casted in Dear White People which premiered in 2017.

Childhood and Schooling

Logan Browning was born and raised in Georgia. In 2003 she was enrolled at Barbizon Modeling and Acting School in Atlanta. She is a graduate of Fayette County High School, Georgia and Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee.

Acting Career

Browning’s debut acting role was in the hit teen TV series Summerland as Carrie in 2005. After that she played the role of Vanessa in Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide TV series which was aired on Nickelodeon. In 2006 she was seen in the music video of Dijon Taton titled “Wild Out”.

2007 was a great year for her as she was casted as one of the main characters in the movie Bratz: The Movie. She played Sasha and the movie was a hit.

In the series Meet the Browns she played the character Brianna Ortiz. Actually the role was given to Brianne Gould but Logan replaced her in second season of the series. Browning was seen many times in series Pair of Kings in a recurring role.

Logan Browning has acted in several music videos too.

In 2012 she was casted in VH1’s Hit the Floor, the series about the dancer, as Jelena Howard. She was not a great dancer but her acting skills secured the role. She was then trained for eight months to dance professionally.

Logan Browning has worked on YouTube comedy series Shit Southern Women Say with her Hit the Floor co-star Katherine Bailess.

In 2016 she started to work on the Netflix drama Dear White People which premiered in 2017. It is a satirical-drama on racism and college politics.  She told to Paper that when she read the script of the series; she really wanted to get the role of Samantha White. She proved herself in audition. In this series Samantha White is the activist and a radio host who openly talks about the racism in Ivy League college where she studies.
